Edyta Zydorek is an International Corporate Counsel at NCH Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of maintenance, repair, and supply products. With extensive expertise in corporate law, international transactions, employment, commercial, intellectual property, data privacy, and technology matters, Edyta has supported multinational companies across diverse regions, including China, Germany, The Netherlands, and Poland. In addition to her professional work, Edyta is deeply committed to her community. She actively volunteers and serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations in the Dallas area, where she dedicates her time and resources to supporting meaningful causes. Edyta is particularly passionate about her involvement with NGAO USA and its mission to empower women and children in Nairobi, Kenya, and is excited to contribute to its growth and impact. Residing in Dallas, Texas, Edyta enjoys life with her husband, Hubert, and their two daughters.
